Party IslandTerms of Use
These terms apply to the Party Island game and this website (together, the "Service"), published by Skuza ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Party Island you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital services in your country if that is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Party Island on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. The app store you downloaded from may add its own terms; if there is a conflict with those terms on how the app is distributed, the store's terms apply.
3. Playing fair and being kind
Online parties connect you with the friends you share your party code with. When playing you agree not to:
- choose a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone or contains personal information;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients, bots or automation to gain an advantage, or disrupt other players' games;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the game or the services it uses, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may block or remove players who break these rules, including by blocking their anonymous player ID.
4. In-game items
Coins, XP and characters earned in the game have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes them. Party Island currently has no purchases or ads.
5. Online services
Online play relies on third-party services (Unity Gaming Services) and your internet connection. We try to keep them running, but we do not guarantee that online play will always be available, and we may change, suspend or end features, minigames or the online service at any time. Solo play with bots works offline.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the game uses and your choices.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Because the game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the update. You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end your access if you break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. If you reside outside the United States, mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply, and you may bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.
